HxGN LIVE 2017 is in full swing and the Manufacturing Intelligence track keynote has wrapped. Norbert Hanke, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence President, took to the stage earlier today to present ‘Building the Factory of the Future’, exploring how smart, data-driven processes have the potential to change the shape of manufacturing.
Sharing the stage was MSC Software President and CEO Dominic Gallello, bringing his insight into design simulation techniques and discussing the next steps in the development of autonomous vehicles. Finally, Doug Duchardt, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Hendrick Motorsports presented on how his team uses data to connect every phase of development to build winning NASCAR vehicles in an extraordinarily fast-paced factory setup.
